Yoga is for everyone! no matter what shape, size, age, gender - we have a class to suit you! Specialising in Antigravity yoga, BarreConcept, Pregnancy yoga, and Flow yoga classes. We have the industry's finest yoga instructors ready to get you fit and stress free in a fun and engaging way. Our yoga studio is based in Ireland's busiest retail centre in Airside, conveniently close to the M50 just minutes from the airport and Swords village. In Airside, take the road between the Nissan and Ford garage. Follow the road left and continue all the way to the end where you must go left again – straight ahead is a dead end! look for the signs to Eurocycles and Eurobaby / image vision / xtreme fitness….Yoga4all studios are located to the right of eurocycles when you drive into Airside Enterprise Centre. Upstairs in unit C2 beside Image Vision(Has fitness forte written on the building and defined fitness also). About us Suzanne Kenny Owner of Yoga4all Studios – Instructor of dynamic flow yoga, pregnancy yoga, sports yoga and Antigravity yoga classes. About Suzanne : As a keen athlete myself, i was drawn to yoga as a way to compliment my intense training regime. Both physically and mentally, yoga brought me that balance that i needed. After getting a first class degree in Archaeology and Geography from UCD and working in the marketing industry for a number of years once i discovered yoga i was hooked! I trained and got my yoga teaching diploma from yoga therapy ireland in 2004 and Yoga4all was born. In March 2011 i also did my Antigravity instructor training with Christopher Harrison. I specialise in teaching Antigravity, flow/vinyasa, sports and pregnancy yoga classes. I love working with groups and individuals and my classes are generally dynamic and challenging but also fun and do-able by all! No matter what your fitness level, age, size, gender – we have a class for you in Swords! Complete Body Bootcamp and Pilates – Alan Dunne ALAN DUNNE: TRAINER/FOUNDER Qualifications/Training: • Full NCEHS Diploma in Fitness Instruction & Personal Training. • Strength & Conditioning • Pilates (Progressive) Mat 1 & Mat 2 • Pre and Post Natal Pilates • BTF Advanced PT • Pre and Post Natal Exercise • TRX (registered) Suspension Trainer • Advanced Spin Le monde • Stability ball • First Aid About me: I have over 10 years experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor including roles with MiGym Fitness, Jackie Skelly Fitness, Liffey Valley Fitness, Westwood and Westgate. I currently work with different groups and individuals, in one to one, class settings and specialised training. Each group has varied levels of fitness and very different needs. I work with PT clients, children, schools, GAA clubs, and groups with special and specific needs. Special Needs: I specialise in training individuals from the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Ireland devising key programmes that improve my clients mobility and flexibility. I also currently train people with Parkinsons and Cerebral Palsey on a one to one basis. Experience: I have a proven track record of achieving results. I have experience teaching bootcamps, pilates, spin classes, tae bo, kettlebells, fab abs, circuits, aqua aerobix and much more. I have trained with weights for over 20 years. I have always had an interest in training and sport, and have 3 All Ireland medals for Junior athletics. I successfully ran the Dublin City Marathon in 2013 and climbed Lugnaquilla for Focus Ireland.
